Ultrasonic Cleaner Mechanism

Ultrasonic Cleaner Mechanism

Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the effect of Cavitation caused by the ultrasonic wave vibration signal in the fluid. Microscopic bubbles form and explode, creating cavities that cause a severe scrubbing action on the clean surface. The bubbles are so tiny that they penetrate the microscopic slits and clean them thoroughly and continuously. Ultrasonic cleaners are very effective in removing dirt and grime and usually do not require tedious manual cleaning. This device is used to clean a wide range of tools and mechanical parts such as carburetors and returns them to fine and clean parts almost like a new state without damage.
